Well, it couldn't possibly be 16 otherwise it would be legal I think. There's still a chance the promoter is lying to soften the blow, but untill there's anyting new out, I guess we'll have to take his word for it.

Age of consent in Wisconsin is 18, so it wouldn't be legal.

Didn't read the thread, but I imagine a bunch of people jumped the gun and maligned him without knowing the details of the case. I don't think it's morally wrong for an 18 year old to have consensual sex with a 16/15 year old.

Look forget how old he was and how old the victim was. Second degree sexual assault means he either had sexual contact and/or intercourse by the following...

1. by use or threat of force or violence
2. without consent of that person and causes injury
3. with a person who suffers from a mental illness or deficiency
4. with a person who is under the influence of an intoxicant to a degree
5. with a person who the defendant knows is unconscious
6. is aided or abetted by one or more other persons without the consent of that person.
7. is an employee of a facility or program and has sexual contact or sexual intercourse with a person who is a patient or resident of the facility or program.
8. with an individual who is confined in a correctional institution if the actor is a correctional staff member.
9. with an individual who is on probation, parole, or extended supervision if the actor is a probation, parole, or extended supervision agent or who has influenced or has attempted to influence another probation, parole, or extended supervision agent's supervision of the individual.

True but these crimes differ from state to state and in Wisconsin Second Degree Sexual Assault of a child definition I have provided and the actual link to view their charges and guidelines.. Here is the Wisconsin State law definition on page 7 Under Sex Crimes against Children you can also view it on http://legis.wisconsin.gov/lrb/pubs/ib/01ib1.pdf look at page 7 at the bottom and so what his lawyer said could actually be true either way its not a good look at all for Molina its about as bad as it gets. PR wise for him.

so the child had to be at least 13 and younger than 16 so when his lawyer said that the girl was 15 or 16 she could have actually been 15 but there is NO WAY she was 16 or else this charge would not have been applicable so the girl had to be 15 or younger which is a TERRIBLE look either way and I don't condone it but if she was 15 I can somewhat not want to kill the guy but if she was younger than that the he is a real sick **** and hey should deport or send his ass to jail. An 18 year old having consensual sex with a 15 year old isn't remotely disgusting (she could've been turning 16 soon too). I think it's pretty ****ed up if you would only 'somewhat' not want to kill him if the girl was 15 and agreed to have sex.
