Well I won't post my thoughts on what it that happened since I don't know the facts of that case but...

the fact of the matter is that Molina agreed to this when he was sentenced and released. I won't comment on what factors convinced him to plead guilty, but he did. [Believe me I know, first hand, how it is to be in front of a judge with some public defender who doesn't give a **** ass about ya and is probably in cahoots with the prosecutor to deliver a certain quota], BUT...

he is a dumbass.

He should have simply complied with the sentence and done what the court told him to do and this would not have spiraled out of control and arrived at this point.

With that ICE hold on him in Vegas, it will prevent him from posting bond, or even seeing the normal judges. He prob could have been out in 12hours, but now the timeline is all ****ed.

Stuff like that happens. It's probably already been mentioned, but I think there was a case a few years ago in the US where an 18 year was sentenced to a long prison term for having oral sex with a girl (may have even been his girlfriend) who is only a year younger than him.

I agree actually. It's not as if the 15-year-old of today is a sweet, innocent, sex-naive angel. On the contrary, she's probably already handled more cox in her life than the 50-year-old of the 1980s had in her's.

Whether a 15-year-old girl gets phucked by a 15-year-old or a 25-year-old is irrelevant. She is equally phucked in both cases. One case has not caused her more harm than the other.
