These are all garbage fights. I said it before and I will say it again: 2014 is going to be a terrible year for boxing.

and if Khan gets a win at 147, he'll never move down, not even to a cw
Broner will not fight anyone dangerous for the next 3-4 fights
Richard should get Khan and Broner to fight at 145 now while he has the chance, both cud lose down the line and become irrelevant

Colozzo isn't a bum but Khan is getting one of the easiest 147 with a decent name to fight not a surprise. Khan getting babied again with the easiest possible opponent. When is he going to fight a decent name. I hope this isn't the big name he was saying he facing WHAT A JOKE
I hope Collazo beats him down then he would Pretty much end another career of a fighter I hate

Bring Broner/Khan @ 147 or catchweight @ 144. Let them square off to see who has bigger balls & mouth. lol

Collazo KO'd A Glaw Jawed, Shot Victor Ortiz; Big Deal... There's 4 Better Fights
Collazo, I like he closed the book on Ortiz, but that's not saying much. I'm pretty sure light hitting Paulie Mags could have done the same thing. Have Collazo AND Khan notch it up in challenges, just not with one another; that proves nothing. If Collazo wins, he beat a shot Khan who hasn't looked good since '10. If Khan wins, he beat a nobody who knocks few guys out.
I'd rather see these guys considered for Collazo & Khan:
Khan vs Provo (If Provo beatdown Bradley at '47, he'd love Khan there).
Collazo vs Guerrero (Now we'll see what happens when Guerrero walks thru his punch, unlike Ortiz).
Khan vs Thurman (don't let anything but fear get in your way, Khan...Thurman is 'credible' as you were asking for).
Collazo vs Matthysee (Matthysee would take this fight).

This fight is just OK, you can't call it an amazing fight or a crappy one. Its a fight which Khan can lose or look very good in, but if Colazo is going to be it, they should have looked at the Brook fight more seriously. Since the Broner fight isn't happening I would prefer to see either Khan-Guerrero or Brook.

Collazo will not be hurt by Amir.
However;
If Khan can maintain discipline, this should be easy night for him.
On the other hand, when does Khan display discipline?
Tough call.
