how many right hands did sara mcmann bounce of her head before rhonda grabbed a hold of her? dont tell me she is a wrestler and all that, im talking before either one of them did a lick of grappling. it was more than a couple i will tell you that. how about tate, she too was hitting rousey at will with right hands, which rouseey literally has zero defense for.

as for floyds weight, i think its to his advantage. he is faster than any 200lber, with is feet and his hands. before rousey can turn it into a grappling match she will have to get close enough to grab him, i am fascinated with how you think that will happen. its hard for actual world class male boxers to get in punching range with floyd when he decides not to let them. but this judo b!tch who walks in straight as a plank is just gonna get up close enough to turn it into a grappling match?

let me tell you what happens. rousey runs in, walks straight into a right hand and spends the next 15-20min unaware of her surroundings. this is a 135lb woman getting punched by a 147lb pro boxer, rhonda looks uncomfortable getting hit by female mixed martial artists, cant get out of the way of their punches either yet somehow floyd f.ucking mayweather doesnt murder her?

whatever drugs you are on, get me some. lmao.
You didn't listen to the interview...she said she wouldn't go after him standing up...

UFC hype machine has actually fooled people into think if you train a kick for 3 months or do 6 months of grappling/bjj you will beat a pro boxer.

Where's that qoute earlier in the thread. A guy said 6 months of BJJ training and anyone on the forum would beat Mayweather?

This is the kind of **** the UFC hype machine has been able to do to young impressionable white middle class who have never had to fight for anything (I'm white middle class, I know).

It's just disgusting, and pe0ple talk as if it's fact that if you learn how to kick you will beat a pro boxer. You take the best 2-3 P4P guys in MMA and the Best 2-3 P4P guys in boxing and put them in a stand up match and the boxer would embarrass them 10/10 times.

Listen folks, size only really matters when the skill level is comparable. Just like a well trained 160lb boxer will beat the shiet out of an untrained 230lb boxer, lighter wrestlers will do the same with larger untrained ones.
It's not about size, women are just generally weaker and when you tell me that a tpo p4p boxer would get beaten by some lighter female fighter you're just out of your mind. There is just a huge difference betweem female athlete and male athlete. In all sports not even elite female athletes are better than average male athletes.

But we're not talking about a stand up match...we're talking about MMA.

Why can't y'all keep the debate within the argument at hand?

I love boxing FAR more than MMA. It's not even close. But I RESPECT MMA as a sport. It's different than boxing. I don't get the notion of why people can't at least respect both sports despite their affinity towards another.

Let me get this straight, a 135lb woman would take down a 150 lb man who by the way has pretty goddamn powerfull legs? And easily??... You guys are ****ing ******. Go e-knight somewhere else you pathetic fools. This would apply to any damn boxer from welter weight to jr middle not just Floyd.

Also why is this being discussed more than the upcoming BOXING ppv event?

The thread isn't even worth speaking on. A smaller women isn't beating the best P4P boxer of this generation.

Wasn't she saying she'd beat Cain as well? lol

However, in MMA rules she might have a shot against most boxers (who know no ground game or other martial arts) around her weight.

mconstantine, it's because ASS assine does what most do, not watch the ***in interview, and then give an opinion on what he didn't watch.

She wouldn't stand there with Floyd, that would be suicide. She said she would crawl to him, she would never even attempt to trade punches.

I said Floyd has a punchers chance but if she grabs him, fight is over. Stop being childish. MMA beats boxing in an MMA fight, any person with common ***in sense knows that.

She can talk when she stops freezing like a deer in the headlights everytime a punch lands from her female opponents. Tate had one of the worst gameplans Ive ever seen in a fight and she was still lighting rhondas ass up when they stood up. Ridiculous thread

Yeah just like that she just has to grab him and it's over? Give me a break...

Floyd is physically strong, Malignaggi has pointed that out a couple of times now and he has really strong core and lower body and she just has to grab him and its over just like that? Yeah buddy you're right.
