By the way Delahoya was robbed but most peeps don't sympathize with DLH coz he ran like a chicken.

                  But yeah he was robbed.

The reason why it had happened was because De La Hoya had just won a close and somewhat controversial decision against Ike Quartey, and had fairly recently won a controversial decision against Pernell Whitaker, and going into the fight with Tito all of the media was talking about how it was going to be impossible to win a decision in Vegas against De La Hoya. The judges had this in their heads going into the fight, so they gave Trinidad any rounds that were even remotely close in order to prove that they weren't biased, and they ended up ripping De La Hoya off.

De La Hoya was not robbed. He gave the fight away. In a fight of that magnitude, you have to be in it every minute. Oscar botched it.
