I could see why the judges scored it the way they did. A few of those rounds were tough to score, obviously those rounds went to Trinidad. Simply put DLH won the battle, but not the war. I found it surprising that DLH was quite timid in getting Tito in a rematch, the only time ODLH made some serious noise in mixing it up with Trinidad was when Tito suffered a huge k.o. loss to Hopkins typical De La Joto move.

Anybody find it serpising Trinidad never had a rematch? He was out to get them, but the only rematch boxing was willing to give him was Winky, and by then he was finished. The fight broke pay per view records...one can only wonder if he had a rematch, would he of changed it up..

Delahoya didn't want to honor the original contract that stated Tito would get the bigger purse split. That's why there was no rematch. Delahoya priced himself out.
