Before the Chavez fight was made the plan for GGG was to fight Lee while waiting on the winner of Cotto/Martinez. Since GGG is not fighting in April due to the loss of his father, I'm sure their plan was still to wait on the Martinez/Cotto fight.

However, all of those plans like I already told you go out the window when Chavez calls you out.

And you speak of a Ward fight as if Ward was able to jump into a fight right away. The guy needs to square his legal problems with his promoter first anyway.

I don't know what you're getting at. I've heard nothing about Golovkin or Golovkins team saying they wanna fight Chavez next. Link?

The most recent article that mentioned this matchup from what I understand was an interview with Bob Arum..... Chavez' promoter

He still has to prove himself isn't Golovkin older than Ward with a very long and distinguished amateur career, hasn't Golovkin been a title holder for years .......you guys need better excuses.

Following his father's death, Golovkin left for Kazakhstan and he's observing the 40 days mourning along with his family... Therefore GGG will fight again sometime this summer... Golovkin doesn't discuss any particular opponent for the time being -- his handlers might, instead...

I think Ward is saying what most people are saying, When is this guy going to grow a pair and fight at 168 and stop calling out 160 fighter. Oh I forgot he got to be the bigger man in the ring all the time. What a coward fight Ward.

Since Golovkin has been a titleholder: Quillin, Sturm, Geale and Murray have all officially ducked him. Those are the top MWs

The only one who hasn't, is the one fight that needs to happen next at 160- Martinez

When's ward gonna stop wasting his time fighting the Edwin Rodroguez' of the boxing world and move up to 175 from the division he cleaned out?

Not fair though, because Ward-Chavez Jr. is must see PPV

GGG is a coward plain and simple, he's scared of Ward and he's running from Lara. ha ha ha, the "most feared man" is running, he's running from ward and lara. Chicken golovkin. Hes now the "most fearful man in boxing". How can you defend him now, if you call anyone else in boxing scared or chicken, its him. He's ducking, the Chicken has been found out. Its on to the next "Hope". didnt he say...nevermind he's been found out. Coward Golovikin

What in the hell is wrong with Ward and Hunter lately? They are making it very hard to support Andre Ward.
