And to the idiots saying that this was a washed up Salido, watch this video of him against the Ghost years ago and he was on steroids and you tell me if he is any faster smh. He lands a lot more cause Guerrero was a punching bag but it's the same old Salido.

Mickey had a stroll in the park when he fought Salido

Bad refereeing. Too many low blows by Salido. And too much clinching by Lomachenko.
I agree some of the shots counted as low blows in the video were on the belt, some caused because of loma clinching/pushing head down, and grazes. However, many shots were clearly illegal and the ref should have deducted points. The ref is incompetent, I don't think this is corruption simply because Salido is not the A side or the fighter with bigger upside.

It was horrible. You really can't taint a win anymore than Salido did with not making weight, then using all the illegal tactics.

            Terrible.

That has nothing to do with the topic, and Mickey decided to quit over a broken nose. I've never seen or heard anything like that in boxing before. Salido also made weight and Mikey wasn't in his second pro fight either. You got your response, happy?

Mickey didn't quit, im sure he could've continued and has gotten off the canvas. Orlando Salido carelessly came head first and broke his nose, thats what he gets, if Salido is complaining, then maybe he shuldn't have given Garcia's team the opportunity to also play his "game".

Thats how the sport is, and Salido got played.

dude who cares I am just telling you what's up. Mikey has the most carefully picked career of any champ out there. Him and broner are babied way too much but at least Broner went to fight Maidana. Mikey doesn't even want to get in the ring with an inactive, bloated, unmotivated Gamboa.

And he did quit over a broken nose - that's pathetic, no bad eye, no broken hand, nada broken nose. JMM gets his nose broken every other fight and he whoops ass even when he is ont he canvas, Mikey scores three knockdowns gets a broken nose and calls it quits. *** Mikey and his boring style and personality, he's this generic white bread, that no label orange juice, that no frills, no bells, no whistles bus that goes up to a certain speed, doesn't change lanes too much and stop at every bus stop should there be people waiting. Everything about MIkey's boring, the way he looks, speaks, walks and fight and he quits over a broken nose when ahead unlike any other mexican.

The way in which incompetent referees are dealt with in boxing needs to be addressed. At the moment it just hand-waived by the boxing commissions which is far from what needs to happen. If you cannot trust a referee to spot a blatant low blow, how the **** can you trust them to: notice when a fighter has taken too much damage, prevent an opponent from getting hit whilst down and prevent health threatening fouls? You cannot which is why they should be removed.

More of a problem in my eyes than corrupt judges- who are not actually tasked with safeguarding a fighter's health.
