I guess it's a personailty thing, but I would've punched Salido right in the stones after the first low blow...just so we understand each other.

Lucas was a machine doe. And Lomachenko had one pro fight in his life. It looks worst coming from Salido. Plus he came in the fight as a damn welterweight. & like I said in the thread about Salido throwing low blows, Lomachenko should have thrown some too. That's what I would have done.

I know some boxing referees and they will never take points and impact the outcome of the fight if they don't have to.

Ultimately, the refs have got to take control. If they don't, we are simply going to get more fighters coming into fights with pre-meditated plans to go low, like Garcia and Salido did (IMHO).

Anyway I was supporting Chavez Jr but that other ref Ramos was a complete rat to Vera, even took a point off him for not very much at all.

You can't expect fans just to pretend these things didn't happen and not comment on it. Other sports are no different.
