Why beg for the fight if Floyd picks who ever he wants to fight anyway.

I rather go the route they are going and after the Herrera fight start fighting top fighters again so if he keeps winning he will be a legit contender if the fight ever happens

Amir Khan can learn from this. I think Garcia has learned how not to go about fighting Mayweather from Amir Khan. Khan has been inactive and painted himself into a corner and is rotting with his stock eroding. Garcia has been building his name bit by bit their careers have gone in 2 different directions since their fateful fight. It is ironic when you consider the Garcia fight was meant to be a warm up for for Khan fighting Mayweather.

People actually think Garcia wouldn't have fought Mayweather if he was offered for May, too. Seems clear to me he was told he wasn't going to get it and said, "Fine."

Danny at 147 against MW is going to play out like the Marquez fight. Danny is a great fighter, but I think he need a few more fights under his belt for MW.

It really makes no sense. I mean, you can make a little bit of money in several fights, and risk losing your star power, or you can make a fuck ton of money in 1 fight, with an opportunity to shock the entire world. And if you lose, it's not a big deal, because no one thought you could win anyway.

Seems like a no brainer. If I'm Garcia, I want that fight yesterday.
