They were filled with hate too. Quit trying to paint them as saints.
With your bait thread....Salido gets no pass from me.
Oh and if you want to talk about "racism", why don't you paint the guys you like(Broner) in the same color? He's said actual racist stuff. Blind typical fool.Comment

Well, I would say that in certain cases you can tell when a fighter simply can longer make the weight, despite their best efforts. I believe Salido is one of those instances, given all the years he has been fighting at 126. However, Mayweather and Broner represent instances where the fighters boast about being able to eat junk food and still make weight. Broner went as far as to post pictures of all the junk food he was eating prior to the Escobedo fight, then failed to make weight. Mayweather never had any intention of making weight against Marquez.Comment

no that's not what i'm trying to say. people didn't give floyd a pass not just because he missed the catchweight but also because he fought a smaller guy from 2 weights down. the catchweight was somewhat a small equalizer and yet floyd didn't honor it.
that's not really entirely comparable to salido's case. besides, who are these people giving salido a pass? a couple of posters maybe...not enough to cry about it and make a thread.Comment
