Maybe he came in overweight on purpose. Salido has already said this would be his last fight at 126. Maybe Salido felt like there's no way he would win on the cards, so might as well come in overweight and strong to go for the knockout.

Weight drained? He's 2.25 lbs over. Doesn't look like he tried too hard to make the weight. Better to pay a fine than to come in drained. Salido's never had a great chin to begin with.
