However, even his own uncle/trainer says that, to trouble someone with Floyd's style (he didn't specifically say Floyd, but I got it), you need a strong JAB. You need to be able to keep a strong jab going to get him uncomfortable with countering and pot shotting.

Speed doesn't mean ****. Floyd will not stand there and let you get off speed combos. But keeping a strong jab in his face could work. If Roger Mayweather can say this (which he has), then that's good enough for me. It was on one of the many interviews on you tube of him. Can't remember which one it was, but it's on there.

Another interview he did, he was asked "which one of the great fighters in the past would beat Floyd?" First name out of his mouth was Tommy Hearns. The number one reason he said, again, was because he had a very strong jab. So people need to stop with the speed stuff.

Canelo is a boxer/puncher, Maidana is a swarmer. Bad comparison.

I hope Khan fights Thurman, Porter or Broner.

I would compare it to the Baldomir fight, although Maidana is a much better fighter. Just a forgetful fight, much like a lot of Floyd's fights.

I have seen people say speed is the key to beating Mayweather, I don't know anyone faster handed though, a good jab... gets you counter punched to death. I think if I was Maidana I would focus on hitting Floyd in the left arm/elbow/bicep/shoulder/shoulder blade with left and right hooks for the first 4 rounds. Don't get over extended aiming for the head of Floyd that won't be there, target the shoulder and arm, less chance for Floyd to catch a counter in good range. Wear out that jabbing/range finder left arm of Floyd on purpose, then walk him down and see if you can make him trade shots. I watched Roy Jones do that to a taller oppenent once, take the target that is given to you instead of chasing a target you can't catch.

Why does everyone keep comparing Khan to Judah? Judah is a southpaw, that's what bothered Floyd the most. Had he been an orthodoxed fighter I'm sure he would have taken the fight to him sooner. Plus Judah has better footwork and is more atheletic than Khan as well. His movement is more fluent. I don't get this at all. And this coming from the same Hatton that side Alavarez would cause Mayweather problems. And we're now suppose to listen to him give us advice on Amir Khan? GTFOH

Why is it that Marcos Maidana is viewed as a great opponent for any Welter Weight not named Floyd? Why? Why is it ok if Tim Bradley fought Marcos but not ok for Floyd?
