How big of a step is Salido?

Obviously Salido isn't 'elite' but he is a rough tough brawler. How big of a step up would you say this is for Lomachenko?

    Explain.

Huge step up but we also have to consider that Salido is well passed it and declining fast.

His punch resistance is not very high at this point.

I agree with this. It's incredible. Ramirez is basically tomato can level and to go from Ramirez to Salido is admirable.

IMO Salido was coming on strong in the end of the Garcia fight too.

He still has power, stamina, and his skills etc but he's declining rapidly.

Look at the shots that were dropping him in that fight.

Salido was known for his chin but now he get's dropped regularly.

His fight with Weng Haya before the second Lopez fight he got dropped twice and once badly. He was dominating the fight and went on to stop it but it just tells you a lot.

The second Lopez fight he got dropped unlike the first one.

Then got dropped something like 5 or 6 times against Mikey. Every solid punch was dropping him.

His resistance is not high at all at this point. He's been in one war too many.

Don't get me wrong he's not shot and would be a very impressive win for the new guy but these are things we have to consider. If he has legit power and he hits Saldio he's going to hurt him.

True. I think he even got dropped by a jab against Mikey...
