as soon as those right hands land play close attention: floyds backs up and snaps his own head back then moves to the sides. he also crouches low and will hold on by grabbin. how can anybody beat this clown? imagine if fraud would fought a prime oscar or mosley or tzyu or judah or casamayor. thats why i cant understand how floyd has fans. Imagine if canelo wouldnt of fought floyd and instead went on and kept fightin paper champs then would go around callin himself the greatest. i bet you woold have all the floyd fans mad at the ginger.

Floyd has shown a solid chin, so far but he is very defensive and rarely gets hit and the times he does get hit flush with a clean power shot he gets rocked or wobbled.

His toughness of heart? well he almost quit that first Castillo fight, if you watch the fight he was almost trying to use his shoulder as an excuse to stop the fight. Anytime a fighter keeps hinting to pain they are saying please throw the towel.

What tough guy ever said self preservation and taking the easiest fights to maintain your career? Floyd said that. He also said his health is more important than fighting a prime Pacquiao or Margarito or Pwill.

            We don't know..........

Honestly, we don't know how tough Floyd is. His toughest fight was against Cotto and the only reason he hand-picked Cotto, is because he was the third biggest pay-per-view draw. He didn't expect Cotto to be as good and as tough as he was. If he knew what version of Cotto he was going to face, the fight wouldn't have happened. I was semi-impressed with how he adjusted and won the fight down the stretch BUT how good is he really? He couldn't cut Cotto up, he couldn't stop Cotto, a shop worn Cotto at that. Cotto somewhat embarrassed him and dominated him for an entire round in the 8th. no one has ever dominated Floyd for 3 minutes before. So, what would Manny do to him? What would a prime De La Hoya do to him? What would Leonard had done to him? What about Duran? Get where I am going with this? When he steps up in competition the few times he has, he doesn't look so great. I think he is just a mere HOF'mer who could've been an ATG. He blew that by not having any balls. His mouth is bigger than his balls. I think that history will have him as an over-rated but talented and highly skilled fighter.

But out of his whole career the only time I can remember him getting wobbled was against Mosley. That was back when Roger was still training him, now that SR is back he uses his legs more, not just head movement and his shoulder roll.
But the question is how will he take a Maidana rabbit punch.
Corley shook him up as bad as Mosley did too. Arguably even worse.

Anyway, one of Floyd's best overlooked weapons is his mean streak. He has a big one. It's like Leonard too. People thought of him as a media protected pretty boy, but he had a mean streak a mile wide. As Tyson said, he was a mean pitbull with a pretty face. Floyd is similar though he lacks the killer instinct of Leonard.

                Dominated him for one round?

                Sad. Grow up dip****.

Mayweather gets dominated when someone lands a clean, flush jab on him once in one round. **** me....

Well admittedly, Margarito laughed them off initially and didn't wobble once for about 9 rounds straight until he had taken his 2899th at which point he finally began to crumble.

That was a hard right hand that Marquez landed too. Actually one of the better shots that's ever been landed on him.

                      name calling......

                      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJPaDjapV5Q

Name calling is not my game, keyboard warrior. That's what I think of anyone who calls others names over the internet. It's so easy to do. Anyway, here's the 8th round again. Cotto didn't dominate him in the 8th but he beat him up. Mayweather landed some shots as well. My point is, he's over-rated. If you have a brain and skills, he won't fight you. That's why Leonard KO's him, Hearns, Duran, etc. A prime Oscar outpoints him, Whitaker as well. it's about work-rate and having a REAL skillset. Most of his opponents don't have any of those attributes and that's how he wins. He has weaknesses, it's just that he's smart about match-making.
