He looked to be casually moving it wasn't an intense shadow boxing session like he used to do at 126-130 in his prime he was a mad man in the ring, watch some of his old training footage he would throw some crazy full force power combos non stop and float around the ring like he was hovering over it.

Now he just boxes casually no more intensity. He looked good in the video but I doubt he can keep it up for 12 rounds, he was gassed in the Bradley fight and only fought 15 seconds at the end of each round. that was still more than what Bradley did, Bradley could never intimidate Pacman in the first fight and that gave Pac the ring generalship edge.

This rematch is different Bradley is going to go in confident, because he knows Pacman chin was really fragile and he won't be scared anymore because he felt pacs punches, and took them easy, he won't have that fear of the unknown.
