Listen I'm not saying Prov winning is a lock..I also would not agree that Matt's winning is a lock..It would be a good fight in my book..The same goes for Danny,Prov will bring a different skill set then Matt's..Prov and Matt's are both good fighters..They have very different mentality's tho..Prov is more balls to the wall then Matt's..Personally I think it'd be interesting..

why's everything gotta be about hype? people see his style and think he'd fair alright vs garcia, i think he has a good chance but he'd be hardpressed to win a decision(unless alot of kd's or catching danny with something that helps him steal rounds), danny i think would take more rounds

but i think he beats everyone in garcia's resume easily, besides maybe matthysse, not sure how that fight would go, never seen matthysse on the backfoot

oh please and tell me, what are u doing rite now??? and if ur gona say that about mathysse, tell me who the hell did provid beat? and yes his fans went overboard. but his fans arent him, the fighter. that fight was pretty much 50/50 to most reasonable posters. i myself thought it would be a matt win eventhough i was going for danny. im still trying understand your point tho. matt has a much better resume than provid and hes loooked much better against a higher level of opposition. one fight does not write a career, esp when u still lost said fight.

Provodnikov went life and death with One of the best fighters in the world. He beat a champion after that and took his belt. He has a lot of momentum right now and has made obvious improvements to his game since his only loss.

Forget about resumes. Provodnikov is a problem for ANYONE right now. He has a style that has the blueprint layed out to beat.... But like you say, it's not the fans (it's easy to say Fighter A) will outbox Prov easily! Sitting from your couch) it's the fighters in there who have to deal with it and Provodnikovs relentless pressure, improved defense and movement on top of what seems to be a granite chin would be a problem for anybody. Even the ( I guess now untouchable?) Danny Garcia


Provodnikov does arguably everything better then Matthyssee. And even if he doesn't, they're two completely different fighters and just because Danny beat Lucas....... Doesn't mean he runs through Provodnikov because he already paid his "I beat the overhyped brawler" dues

I think certain power guy's will always bring hype..Just look at Matt's Prov Ortiz etc etc..I'm not trying to hype Prov..Just saying,don't downplay him so much either..I think he'd give Danny a hard time..He brings things that Matt's did not,he has a mentality that Matt's did not have as well..The same goes for if Prov and Matt's fought each other..I really don't know how that would play out..

I have a fighter I would favor..Yet nothing would really surprise me in that fight,as far as who wins..Either of them can win..

what do you mean no maybe about it? when i said that i didn't mean maybe he doesn't beat him easily, i meant he probabley doesn't beat matthysse at all,

i have never really thought about the fight between these two, but it could possibly end in a ko either way

matthysse is not as durable or as conditioned as bradley, he wont have the output and he walks right to people, as i said never seen him fight on the backfoot

His title is paper. But he is a solid fighter. I'd just choose guys like Garcia and Matthysse over him that's all.

Matthysse is smarter in the ring, has better defense, throws sharper punches, and has better stamina. Not saying he's a hugely superior fighter to Ruslan, but he is better. I'm not sure Provodnikov hits harder, either. I'd say their power is about the same.

im not to sure about that but im not going to argue with it. they are both fairly similar imo.
