No he's not a better fighter. Garcia is the champion and he earned it. Provodnikov has a paper belt right now.

If he wants to jump to GBP he should if he wants to fight the best.

Other than giving Bradley a few scares, Bradley thoroughly out-boxed him.

"A few scares" is a bit of a bloody understatement. Bradley was staggering around like he'd had 21 beers. I was even worried he might be left brain damaged.

I don't know who would win between the 2 but Provodnikov and Garcia would be a damn good fight.

Yes, but one could quite argue the fight should have been stopped in the 1st... I'm not a Bradley hater. S.hit I got Bradley over Mayweather any day... But that fight could have been stopped early and Bradley would have been a nomer...

you didn't watch that fight did you? Provodnikov clearly won that fight. Herrera made a good showing at the end up but that's about it. 116-112 for Herrera was a joke and the two judges who gave him that weren't watching the fight.

instead of putting down Provodnikov why not just make the fight. Herrera is basically a nobody. Provodnikov has name recognition but he's a nobody?


Angel just took a page from the Mayweather playbook. we don't want to fight this guy so we pretend we don't know him and he's a bum. Mayweather does that all the time. it's usually for political reasons. in Mayweather's case it's an Arum fight and in Angel's case it's an HBO fighter.

Angel is a comical character with a big mouth. Ruslan is not an easy out especially since he came under Roach's tutelage. He has tightened up those looping punches, taught him to move his head much better and he is excellent now at cutting the ring off. He gave Bradley who is a very good boxer, hell for 12 rds and would do the very same with Angel's son. In fact I believe he stops Danny Garcia inside the limit (Much stronger than Garcia and would systematically break him down).

He talks about Prov that way when his son is fighting Karim Mayfield's leftovers. And his son is fighting a guy who was beaten by the guy who Prov beat. So Prov has made a name for himself in the mix and has lost and won against solid fighters.
