If Danny says he's Puerto Rican then he's Puerto Rican. My problem is with his dumba$$ dad s**ting on other ethnicities for claiming their roots, just like Danny is doing. I guess it's okay for Danny, but not for anybody else.

I think Latinos in general stress that junk a little too much.

You don't see White people stressing that. " your not a real Irish" or Italian , Russian, German...etc

The way I see it is whatever a fighter says he is, that's what he is. Who are we to say he's not? But yeah, Danny's dad is crazy, haha.

Danny reps the USA aswell. He's always bigging up Philadelphia. Angel feels like these argentinitos are coming here n not giving enough respect to the USA. Hey, he's got an opinion like everyone else, I must say his are weird sometimes.

That's because white people think white is superior to everything else, period.

I agree! If your parents are from Mexico Puerto Rico etc and you consider yourself that aswell as American, it's all good! Idk what's the big deal.

Both have blood lines from a country? Correct?
Both cant speak their country of orgins languange? Correct?

but one is Puerto Rican-American and the other is not African-American?

                      lol,
Um what country does Floyd have bloodlines from? Last I checked Africa is a continent and Puerto Rico is an Island and one specific nationality. I can guarantee Mayweather has no idea where his ethnic background originates. Danny Garcia on the other hand is 2nd gen Puerto Rico. Both parents born in Puerto Rico and speak Spanish. I can guarantee he understands Spanish, listens to Spanish music, and eats Spanish food. So to say he isn't Puerto Rican is dumb.
