Slightly off topic, when I first saw that headline, I thought it was Nehomar Cermeno that this happened to and was like, "Wow, that's terrible. I wonder what past prime/crappy fighter Scott Quigg is going to fight now
RIP Cermeno. Its crazy whats happening in Venezuela.

Horrible news! I seen him fight a few times & he was very good, Celestino Caballero sort of reminds Me of him. It's a real shame that he went down like this, even thou the news says he was doing good, a while back I remember reading news on him being involved in a shooting incident, maybe his shady past caught up to him. For that matter I doubt it very much that this has anything to do with the political incidents that are going on in Venezuela.

That is horrible news. A saw Cermeno fight back then. He got into a grove in winning good fights at one point.

My condolences to his family and friends

Oh NOOOOOOO,damn how many boxers end tragically, every time i heard about a brutal death of a boxer i really think that a warrior doesn't deserve end in that way;understand me obviously nobody deserves a death like that but a fighter deserves a honorable death IMO. I don't remember many fights of him but i remember his second fight with NORWOOD,the fight was right before NORWOOD vs JM MARQUEZ!!!
