If you were Maidanas head coach, what would your gameplan be to beat floyd?

    Go crazy.

Don't let Mayweather figure you out.

Keep him constantly surprised and guessing.

    Basically just be unpredictable.

And don't worry about getting KTFO. You're gonna lose either way so if you're gonna go out, go out on your shield.

This^^^. I think Robert Garcia knows this too. And that's maidana's game anyway. I like this fight I think maidana will give mayweather problems with his awkward punches.

Maidanna looked tired in the Broner fight what chances he doesn't look tired against Floyd?

Best Plan for Maidanna is to jab, and jab some more. Than fight like hell in rounds 11 and 12. People will say he was robbed when the score cards are read.

take cheap shot whenever you can. nevermind the deductions. no way you can win a decision against floyd. get dirty and get physical. no tapping of gloves on any round.

I'd tell him the same thing with Broner, use that game plan as a baseline and evolve/build on it. The double left hooks and over hand right are the going to be key to landing on Mayweather but the rest comes down to footwork, keeping your feet in the right place and setting yourself up properly. Turn him to your right. He has to hit you as well.

Add a double jab to switch up the pace and a hand in his face. **** the elbows and chest. Don't be afraid to throw.

The pressure has to be constant. There can't be any luls and don't let Mayweather dictate the pace.

The rest is up to conditioning.

Oh yeah, the other thing is Maidana should work on his stamina - not that he has much time to do it.

be as dirty as possible, like not just fighting tactics (headbutts, low blows,) but also don't shower for a couple of days, see if the smell throws off may weather

I'd follow the game plan swift used on the machine low blows hip shots in the clinch. Wrap floyd up and rag doll him around the ring piss him off be a bully show no love or respect punch till you cant punch .
                      Another is
practice on taking away Floyd's punch the straight right kinda like garcia took mattys power punch and when he misses clinch and punch ala Hopkins Win dirty rounds
                      Or
don't follow floyd he expects maidana to bum rush him . Be patient he backs away you stand in the middle of the ring taunt him stay in the middle make floyd bring the fight to you floyd cant counter or score when you're not attacking as soon as Floyd attacks bum rush his ass and when he retreats from the flurries again stand your ground and wait dont use un necessary energy chassing the mouse.
