thats crap. that was an oversized dlh picking on a 130lb fighter at 135. genaro hernandez was the man when floyd fought him at 130. no1 was even close to being better.

If he chooses his opponents based on any physical characteristic, it's more likely to be reach more than height.

As far as I'm aware, the only opponents that had longer reach than Floyd (72") were De La Hoya (73") and Corrales (73").

A lot of the fighters Floyd didn't fight but could have had longer reach - Williams (78"), Martinez (75"), and Lara (75").

            ..................Height..........reach
            Floyd jr........5'8................72"
            Hatton.........5'7................65"
            Jmm...........5'7................67"
            Mosley.......5'8................71"
            Ortiz............5'9................70"
            Cotto..........5'7.................67"

            Canelo.......5'8.................70"
            maidana....5"7.................69"
Yup seems like Floyd's always the "smaller" guy lol to any one who says that an in in height or few inches in reach mean nothing gtfo floyd lives on the outside and uses that to his advatage when he throws those straight rights.(and yes I realize corales was bigger and to this day remains his greatest win but monsters are diff at 147-154)
let's look at other fighters he didn't fight
            ............... ....height.........reach
            Floyd jr........5'8................72"
            Margarito....5'11.............73"
            Williams......6'1...............79"
Potentially who he could fight that are within weight and bigger
            lara.............5'9...............79"
            Martinez....5'10..............73"
            ggg............5'10..............70"
            trout..........5"9................72"
            For shts and giggles

              Most definitely.

He and Hopkins have the same problem there.

Using the logic in this thread, why does anyone wanna see Pacquiao vs Floyd, Floyd does have every physical advantage on Manny.

Let's not forget Bradley too, while we're still on the subject.
