Ramadan starts at the end of June till the end of July....Khan still can fight Floyd in September....he can train when the sun goes down....he'll be cutting weight anyway.....then he have the entire month of August to sharpen up whatever the Ramadan month may have complicated.....Khan should get credible win at 147 before that though....I agree with the Swiss banker and Floyd on this....it's the game!!

Is this comment from a fellow ****** or someone who has jumped on the bandwagon and has never fasted before? I will tell you now that you couldn't be more wrong to think Khan could still train at his maximum level. The man will be fasting from sunrise to sunset yet you think he could still train for the fight. Also I imagine Khan would be doing a lot of ibadah (worship) during the blessed month of ramadan and not worrying about fighting.

For the love of god can these people actually make Floyd fight a boxer just once in these last 3 fights coming up. I mean seriously the last time Floyd fought a pure boxer it was Judah. I like Floyd, i've spent a lot of money on ppv's and even tickets to fights but the constant narrative of brawler opponents is a joke now. This is why the fights are so boring...I understand he doesn't want to take a risk but that's because the fans will accept anything now. Can we not find one boxer, i mean one technically sound boxer in the entire sport to put up against Floyd just once...even if the guy has no shot in hell can he face just one god damned boxer again? I like Maidana, i've like Maidana since he fought Khan but let's be real..if Floyd fights on the back leg it's a sparring session and nothing more. Not worth $70..not again at least.

Canelo is pretty much a boxer. Also, you're wrong saying Judah was the last boxer that Mayweather fought, it was Juan Manuel Marquez and we all saw how that went. The only pure boxer around that Floyd could fight would be Lara, a fight which doesn't make much financial sense at the moment.

I think Amir Khan may look at Shawn Porter, because if he beats him then Kell Brook is the mandatory next. That'd be a big money fight and Khan could wait until May of 2015 to take on Mayweather.
