Go ****in all out. Not try and look cute like canelo but just make it a street fight. Maidana has a punchers chance. He needs to have the right mindset to have a chance.

WTF is this guy gonna do with Floyd, does he do anything better than anything Floyd has faced in the past?

The one thing he has got going for him is power, but does he even punch harder than Mosley?...Cotto?...Canelo? I highly doubt it. He is going to get his ass kicked big style. People who think this is going 12 are on crack. Maidana gets taken out in 9 rounds max. He can't defend himself when he is tired, and can't fight defensively. This is going to be a massacre of epic proportions. The only positive is that Maidana is going to get paid, which is a great story. You would never imagine he could get himself in this position after the Alexander loss, it is a great fairy tale.

But as far as the fight goes, this is going to be a brutal beating, and no hyping or anything that happens between now and the fight will convince me otherwise. He can be hurt to the body and head, he is wide open, he doesn't have great stamina, he doesn't have the technique to harm Floyd on the inside, he doesn't have the speed from the outside. He is leaving the arena in an ambulance...guaranteed.

Thing is, Floyd knows this. There will be no element of surprise here.

He actually has the high pressure style that with a little luck and a whole lot of conditioning can give Floyd problems. He needs to be in the best shape of his life and I'm sure he will be on May 3rd...and hopefully he gets a little lucky and hurts Floyd. He has to be able to go at him like a crazed pitbull...Floyd tends to retreat from pressure.

Lol he doesn't and he can't. The question should be "how can/does Maidana avoid being brutally embarrassed on his way to his fourth loss?"

I love Maidana as a fighter, but he really stands absolutely no chance to win this one. Like 0 chance.

Pressure, pressure, pressure! Fight Floyd dirty, hit him with some of those Trinidad low blows, Hopkins headbutts, and shots from angles Floyd isn't used to!

he needs to pressure him like cotto did, at floyd's age maidana might break him down in the later rounds but he needs to keep pressuring, no getting cute with the jab at all
canelo and guerrero and ortiz didnt really pressure floyd that much, they started slow and only when they got desperate they really started going forward

Every mayweather fight is a fixed fight. Marcos took the money to lose. Just like Canelo Mosley Ortiz Guerrero and Marquez.

The same way he beat Broner: Unrelenting pressure with big shots. The big difference will be Mayweather's ability to adjust, which will likely negate Maidana's pressure. Unless Maidana is able and willing to have an ever-changing fight plan, he won't win…that is, unless he's able to land a big one, which will likely be early in the contest.
