Veteran heavyweight Victor Bisbal (21-2, 15 KO's) hopes to make three to four bouts in 2014 in order to revamp his career. He had a string of 16 straight wins before getting knocked out in five rounds against Magomed Abdusalamov. It was Bisbal's only ring appearance of 2013. Bisbal a former Olympian, has had long periods of inactivity due to issues in securing heavyweights opponents in Puerto Rico. To make up for lost time, Bisbal is already back in the gym and training hard for his next return.

surprised to see talk about this guy. losing to magomed abdusalamov didn't do much for his career but I guess time will tell how good he really is. fight in the states more against some veteran journeymen like gavern, firtha, butler, abell, etc.
