I picked Canelo due to the fact that many people thought due to the size and age advantage the ginger would win. Very good win for Floyd at 36 years old at that. Floyd has yet fought a super fight.

Marquez is not a legit welter just a guy that can fight Pac at any weight. Still i dunno why Pacs demolition of Dlh is not given proper dues. He did 10x better than Tito and quartey at the same weight and 10x better than floyd. Moral of the story: sometimes its best to use your own eyes

Why does it have to be a double standard? Why can't Floyd Mayweather be judged on the exact same scale as every other fighter? Why can Marquez fight Manny, Bradley, and Alvarado at Welter and not fight Floyd at the exact same weight? I know you're not going to admit that Floyd is a far better fighter than the guy's I just named and that you judge him on a greater scale because he's a greater fighter, so what's the reason that you're going to give me that justifies your position?

Well here's the thing, idiot. He moved back up to the exact same weight and beat the hell out of the GOAT Manny twice. His only legit fight at the weight before that was Floyd! So 1 loss to Floyd suddenly makes his body adjusted to the welter weight division? If he was too small for the weight when he fought Floyd he had to have been to small for the class in his next real appearance at the weight class, right? It can't be ok for Manny to bring him up and not Floyd.

Debating with floydspastics is absolutely pointless because as you can see from this ^^^^ post, they are simpletons with little or no feel for the sport beyond the confines of floydhype or boxrec. If you think Marquez was good at that weight and had time to adjust to the change at the point he fought floyd, then you should probably ask the first person you see to hit you over the head several times with a lump hammer. For accuracy, floyd didn't sign the 144 contract. It was unsigned until floyd weighed in at 146. then it was rewritten, JMM got 600k, then floyd signed. SOrta like how Chavez did Vera.

He was better than when he fought Floyd, that was apparent to anyone that has two working eyes....or at least ones that arent blocked by the presence of Floyd's testicles. Add in the fact that both guys were nearer to 140 than 147, and its clear to see that you have descended even further into the murky depths of your overwhelming fanboyism and bumsniffery.
