I don't get why Brook can't follow his own path then come back at khan. He is a mandatory for the belt that Porter has now and why isn't his promoter interested in making that fight? If he gets that belt he becomes more attractive to other fighters at 147.

Brook has been looking for the easy route his whole career. This isn't shocking. I don't like khan much but brook? He's never done anything in boxing.

His promoter is extremely interested in making that fight and has stated that probably more than 10 times I'd imagine. I'm not counting but he's said it over and over.

He's said in the latest interview that's been posted in this thread that Kell Brook IS fighting Porter later this year as the Mandatory unless the Khan fight can be made. That's the only fight that will change that which is obviously because it will make a ton of money.

Yeah, I'd care more if Brook beat Porter and won a belt. Then it would be win-win all around.

The thing is if the Khan fight is possible than Matchroom are going to strike now.

They aren't going to wait on a fight that will make the money that that fight will make.

I said yes, only because it would a great domestic fight between two guys who have history.

However, in the eyes of the boxing world a fight against Brook isn't going to hold much weight at this stage of his career.

If Khan beats Brook nobody cares - the story would just be about why Brook wasn't anything in the first place. If Khan loses then he's finished. A pointless fight for him that only makes sense if we're talking about money, though I can see why Brook wants it to happen.

Mayweather vs. Maidana, Broner vs. Khan, Porter vs. Brook, and Peterson vs. Garcia is my favorite possible scenario at the moment.

                    No Brook

I'm tired of Brook making excuses to get out of Mandos

I think Brook or Hern arent really confident in his abilities..

This is his 3rd chance at a shot a title and he wants to again get out of it

If he has a belt the fight with Khan will be easier to make
