...sigh... It does not literally mean that NO ONE is scared of him, it's the way we talk. A sort of slang. If someone says to me "Yo ur why u aint come to the mall yesterday? U were scared to see me ah?" i'd respond "bruh aint nobody scared of u" meaning that I am not scared of him. Not that I am literally speaking for everyone else...
