Yes, Haye is a top cw, but it was an extremely weak division he fought in and the division has always been historically weak.

Neither have a chance of being inducted at all - because neither have the required standard to be inducted. It's as simple as that.

I just saw you were referring to Joe Calzaghe - my mistake.
Chris Byrd was an IBF heavyweight champion for three years, even after Lennox retired, he lost his title to Wlad.

So I guess when Lennox held IBF belt and was the undisputed champion IBF mattered but when Lewis retired and Byrd won his belt against an ATG, Evander Holyfield suddenly IBF became irrelavent..

You're kidding right? If the guy will be British or American he'll be named ATG after his second defence and the GOAT after fifth.

I honestly completely forgot he'd ever held a legit belt.

But once again, who did he fight to keep it? Holyfield was only a shell of himself at that point, so it's hardly worth bringing up.

But I like GGG, I just hope he won't get the same ridiculous fanbase as them.

            I've seen a few.

GGG is the man, but he just hasn't fought anyone that would earn him that label. Similar to Wlad.

How is that relevant? He was a guy who was a natural middleweight but he managed to win IBF title and beat Holyfield (I agree he was past prime when he fought Byrd but he wasn't completely shot) Tua or Vitali (win is still a win)

he fought oquendo and clearly lost but won via robbery
he fought golota and clearly lost but won via robbery
                he beat davaryl williamson...
he barely beat jameel bigmac mcline by split decision

one of the worst runs in heavyweight history...well until vitali and wlad came around of course

You keep forgetting about "The Joe Louis show - who's next? A bartender or the cab driver?"

How was he a natural middleweight when he made his debut at light heavy or heavyweight?

And with all due respect, a win over a past prime Holyfield, a win over an injured Vitali after being way behind and a win over Tua is hardly the stuff of legends and certainly not enough for a place in the hall of fame by any stretch of the imagination.

He was a undefeated Pro HW Champion, a former olympic gold medalist? So is Povetkin.

He fought in MSG? Who gives a shit
That one win against ali is 10x better then any win on klitsckos record, both of them
