Bottom of the barrel is WBC and WBA. Not opinion, just a fact. As far as a sanctioning body sticking to its own rules more often than not it's the IBF.

That said its a pick your poison proposition.

TBRB is the ONLY rankings without agendas. GBP ruined the Ring belt with their dumb rule changes.

One belt fits one I believe is their motto. I like the rankings too. I consider their title a legit world title to be honest. The rest are horrible in my opinion. WBA is the worst. How Mark de Mori, Luis Ortiz, John Ruiz and Hasim Rahman to name some occupied their positions in the rankings is beyond me.. also the belts thing.
