CLEVELAND, Ohio – Tempers flared during Thursday’s official weigh-in as main event fighters Angelo “La Cobra” Santana and Hammerin’ Hank Lundy and their camps had to be separated after stepping on the scales for tomorrow/Friday’s ShoBox: The New Generation doubleheader live on SHOWTIME (10:45 p.m. ET/PT, delayed on the West Coast).

Santana, 134 pounds, and Lundy, 135 pounds, were posing for a photo with legendary promoter Don King and former heavyweight world champion Larry Holmes when a brief scuffle broke out between the fighters and their camps. King, Holmes and others were quick to separate the camps and restore order to the proceedings. [Click Here To Read More]

I thought Lundy was killing himself making 135 and that's why he couldn't absorb punches according to him

I wouldn't be surprised if this bum ended up stopping Lundy

Santana's one cocky SOB: "He hasn't fought me yet, so his wins don't mean anything." lol

I'm hoping Angelo's last fight was an aberration and that he gets back on track with a win over Lundy. This promises to be a good fight.

Bum? Why because he has a loss? The kids got big potential. Though I agree I wouldn't be surprised if he stopped Lundy either, in fact I think he might just do that. Just wish the betting shops would open up on this fight so I can put some coin down.

I'd rather be seeing the guy that chewed up and spit out Angelo last year.

Lundy looked impressive against Ajose although the power of Santana might be the determining factor as the fight progresses.

I don't think Angelo will be able to land big early and his power may fade as the fight progresses. Lundy has a lot of style and he carries it deep, maybe too deep for Angelo. I could be wrong, anything can happen, weight issues, but Lundy by KO.

I like Lundy, dude can box, has speed, some pop, good feet, works hard. I think Lundy has this by UD, like to see a KO to help further his career along.
