How would you describe Mayweather's fighting style?

i would say he doesnt really have a particular style. he is a guy who mastered the finer yet very important points of boxing many ignore. he learned how to fight in any style and using those aforementioned skills and a supreme boxing intelligence to tell him when to apply which part of his arsenal he finds a way to win in any way he has to.
ive seen fight in just about any style, the only thing that is consistent is the pace, he likes a slower pace benefiting him as the smarter fighter which he always is. other than that he does it all.
old school i guess, smart, tough and a true master of his craft. uses a lot of skills that would otherwise be lost in boxing today.

Current Mayweather is pretty much a pure boxer. He uses his movement and defense to set up opportunities to score and deter (not always aiming to damage, just neutralise and control) without his opponent being ready to respond adequately.
He can fight on the frontfoot, but its usually the same principle. He is complete enough to mix them up without a hitch.
