Lol nut hugger? Am I lying? Martinez fought pau will at 154. Couldn't find a good fight at 154 so jump at pavlik at 160. Those are facts. Another fact is that for all his fights at 160 Martinez has come in below the 160 limit. Another fact, Martinez was knocked down by Murray. If Murray can hurt Martinez cotto can also and if cOtto hurts him he will finish him. Another fact, Martinez last fight will be more than a yr after his last fight And will be 40. If you think Martinez will win this hands down you're the nuthugger

Well I don´t think Martinez will win this fight hands down but if he is 90% of what he was he has very high chances.

But, anyway, he is old and with bad injuries, so maybe we are gonna see an old, slow version of him.


And Murray did drop Martinez, but didn´t hurt him. Martinez balance isn´t the best in the world, and he isn´t difficult to drop at all. Even more now with a bad knee.

Such a garbage fight.. Cotto has no business fighting a guy who should be fighting GGG or moving up to SMW. Hell a rematch with Chavez Jr would have been better than this. However I can see why Martinez took the fight as Cotto is a draw.

All points are legit just forgot one; whose training cotto. You're thinking Martinez will fight the same cotto that fought trout. Call it whatever you want but the Rodriguez that cotto whooped was the #1 contender and is a legit fighter. In that fight I seen vintage cotto that was trained by his uncle when he was the most avoided fighter in boxing. If that's the case, zMartinez is in for a long longgggg night

10x the fighter trout is? How does one calculate that? Trout is much better defensively than Martinez. He smothered and turned cotto, something Martinez wont do.

I think people underestimate Cotto's boxing skills. Plus they hate on him. I agree Martinez is not as technical as Trout. He depends on his reflexes. Martinez also has problems if your a good jabber. If he's there with his hands down, Cotto will catch him. My only worry is the size advantage he has over Cotto. Should be a good fight.
