Seen the fight live. This proves my point. Don't really know what point you are trying to make though. He didn't knock him out.

i agree. even though the ref counted to 10, he didn't wave off the fight. he pointed cintron to his corner. i've seen other fights where the ref has counted to 10 but let it go on because the fighter was up. i would liken it to throwing a late punch, something that lands slightly after the bell rings.

i personally think it should have been a stoppage win for martinez, but it's the ref's discretion and he certainly did not wave off the fight
