it's going to be 144, so Alvarado won't look like a Skeleton again. Alarado has a decent chance in this fight. He'll be moving around a lot and jabbing with the occasional combo. Kid must be smart enough not to pull a Rios one

He should have rematched Manny! After losing to Bradley (someone who lost to Manny) Now fighting Alvardo (someone who got ***ed up BAD by Mannys sparring partner) If he loses to Alvardo or even wins a split Decision....hes done!

Fúck this dumb fight. Marquez claims he was robbed by Bradley and then fights a guy coming off a loss who just got beat down by the guy who's calling him out.

Clear duck. He should be embarrassed.

And actually, if Alvarado goes back to his pressuring ways he could pull a Katsidis type of fight. Somewhere along the line Alvarado thought of himself as a master boxer and that identity crisis has taxed him.
If Alvarado did that he would only decrease his chances of winning, boxing is his best bet and even then he isn't good enough to pull it off.

I'm definitely rooting for Alvarado, the extra weight should do him some good.
