Steveson-Kovalev would make Stevenson, Kovalev, and Haymon ( and the network) so much money.... so whats the problem here?
If this fight doesn't get made, I don't think Haymon is to blame here, only the fighters. It's such a natural matchup, and if not made, only serves to damage the sport and the fighters respective careers. Who else are they going to fight in the long run?
They had a deal in place at the beginning of the year (or rather have been working on it and everything had been agreed to).
Haymon steps in and everybody got worried about the fight.

HBO is sick of Haymon. I'm glad they're sticking to their guns. The fight won't happen, anyway, whether it's carried by Showtime or HBO. There's definitely a duck here. It's obvious.
