    Cuba will set up the National Series of Boxing (NSB), an adaptation of the world contest, in which current edition the island's "Domadores" are intervening successfully, the local federation of the discipline said in Havana Tuesday.

    This new tournament will allow enlarging the number of athletes familiarized with "certain competitive peculiarities", while maintaining the collective matches and the essence of the classificatory schedule, said Cuba's sports official site Jit.

      Very similar to the existing national "Torneo por equipos" (Teams Tournament)
      More tweaking it than bringing in something new from what I'm seeing here

          i'm gong to be in varadero until april 1 so I will miss them. I know where these fights will take place in Holguin. good chance at the boxing gym in my pictures. the finals in Havana june 24-29... I was going to go back to cuba near the end of june or early july. Havana could be the destination. those fights will be held at "kid chocolate" gym downtown on the prado...

            I leave Havana on the 28th of June so might get to see a bit
            Won't be in the Sala Kid Chocolate, but in the Ciudad Deportiva, half an hour or so out of town
            Let me know if you're gonna be there we can go up together

              We will see what happens. Having me as a partner in crime could be both good & bad... Lol! There will be booze & babes around all the time. I'll let you know when the time comes. Not sure what kind of fun you like to have. If you are not looking to get divorced i'd refrain... It would be interesting to meet someone from this site in person...
