      Absolutely not.

      Thurman continues to be overrated

Margarito probably had plaster in that fight as well.

If he felt he needed it for little ol COTTO, he probably had Super Strength Plaster for Williams.

In the sense that he's going to become massively overrated on the internet?

          Could be.

I'm calling it now. Thurman will be the one to give Floyd his first loss in 2015

Paul had speed, height and length on almost everyone at welterweight. To me that was the fear he brought to the welterweight division like Hearns did. Thurman though powerful and exciting to watch; he still seems very beatable.

Come see me when Thurman can beat a PRIME Margarito WITH plaster in his hands.

But I get what OP's trying to say. Dangerous fighter that's being avoided. In that sense, yes, he's similar to P-Will.

It's fair to say he's being avoided but mostly due to his risk reward. Give him more time to grow his name outside of NSB. If a big name was his first major step up and they beat him they'd have little credit for it...give it time it'll happen.

My boy Thurman is the truth though - he even got the gatekeepers keeping the door open for him to walk through unopposed.

I see big things in store for him. I hope he gets Porter or Collazo soon - Porter needs to keep his daddy in check, talking reckless as if anyone really is all that interested in him. I absolutely hate when fighters with one good win starts talking about money. They seem intent on babysitting that belt K-9 style. Can't respect that
