(No, Peter and Brewster made those fights interesting. Look at his fight against Castillo... boring and FIXED.)

Yeah, the pre-Sanders fights all had the cards stacked for Wlad. And especially in corrupt as Germany, he jsut knew he couldn't lose.

Remember when HBO first starting showing the Klitschkos? Remember Wlad was the better one? Yeah, he was the "cuter" one, which meant he was better than Vitali.

My ass. And if I could have been able to distinguish the two then, I would have known Vitali was always better.

But it's a shame, because Wlad is the one of the two brothers still most liked and still hyped.

Sometimes I feel like a hypocrite saying that Wlad is boring, since my favorite fighter ever was Sweet Pea Whitaker (who everyone thinks was as boring a mother****er as there was). Obviously Whitaker is on another planet legacy/skillwise, but his dominant/smart/tactical style still appealed to me greatly. It was fun to watch him because he wasn't afraid to get hit by a punch, and he knew he could duck/block it at the last second. Of course his somewhat desperation knockout of Hurtado was great, as well as his complete and utter schooling of Julio Cesar Chavez.

Mr. China Chin himself said that.

You don't believe in this line of thinking...

Compare Wlad post-Corrie Sanders and pre-Corrie Sanders.

      There is a BIG difference.

PS: Well, if he rematches Brewster I would gain SO much respect for him. But then again, his brother isn't fighting so he can't revenge his brother's defeat like with Sanders.

Heavyweights hit hard as ****. It takes a phenomenal chin Holy or like a Ray Mercer to withstand big punches.

He has a shot at the IBF belt so lets not get stir crazy yet about him not being a champ. I'm sure if he wins said title he'd be willing to lay it on the line in a rematch against Brewster.

No ****, I get the same exact feeling when I said I hated Muhammad Ali's arrogance and **** talking when some of my all time favorite fighters are Vargas, Tyson and Floyd and I even like Mayorga. LOL, the hypocrisy.

          I don't agree with that.

Vitali's resume was full of rodeo clowns and Mike Acklys. I believe many people jumped ship from Wlad bandwagon to Vitali bandwagon post sanders. I really was never one of them.

Both have losses by stoppage. Sure I've seen all said fights...bottom line is...

Vitali has 2 losses by stoppage
          Wlad has 3

difference is, Wlad fought skilled journeymen and much bigger threats. Lets not forget he's a gold medalist in the 96 olympics.

Yeah, they sure did. And they jumped back when Vitali became inactive.

Also keep in mind he's been facing some guys with serious pop since. Williamson and Peter to be exact, Castillo was no threat.

              and of course said Brewster.

He gets knocked down, he gets up to win fights. I'ts that easy. He's been shaky and hesitant to let his hands go early on in fights since Sanders. He made a positive adjustment and landed about as many quality shots as you could against Peter, but fact remains.

Peter has an excellent beard. This is known.

Can these other heavyweights deal with that type of onslaught for 12 rounds?

because that becomes the new question now that Wlad is actually able to go 12 rounds.

I didn't stop liking Wlad when he got his block knocked off..
It was just more of a challenge watching him, every exchange made me want to either look away or close my eyes, not knowing who was gonna get KO'd.
I was very impressed by Vitali due to his mental state, his mind seemed like an iron trap, and he did take some heavy shots from Lewis that had previously KO'd top contenders.

That's when I had the most respect for him and LIKED him. Yeah, I liked him (as a fighter, these ****s on these boards make you clarify how you like a fighter).

But he ruined it by ducking Rahman and fighting Sanders and then Williams.

The same goes for ANY fighter. Any fighter can get knocked out in any fight at anytime. That's the nature of the sport. It just so happens that it's already happened to Wlad.

He fought Sanders for the title. What was he supposed to do? Sanders was the elimination opponent.
