Though I think Ruslan was ducked, I'm not complaining too much about Alvarado-Marquez. Alvarado needs a named fighter to get back. He's a good guy who deserves a break. It won't be an easy fight for a VADA'd Marquez. I'm even picking Alvarado to win.

First of all, I don't expect any Pac fan to agree with me when it comes to Marquez.....Provodnikov is not the dude to KO Marquez.....if Pac couldn't get him outta there after dropping him all those times, you think Provodnikov will get him?!?....of course you cats do....Marquez's age says it's possible at this stage.....so the crowd who's anti Marquez is motivated by that alone!!!....quit the bs....stop trying to run that lame game....Marquez, Hopkins, Pac, Roy and Floyd can fight whoever they want at this stage....I stand by that!!!....respect the OG'S
Did anyone honestly expect Marquez to ktfo Pac??
I'd say highly unlikely but it happened not only the KO was shocking but the KD was just as shocking...I'm not saying Prov would KO Marquez but in boxing anything can happen.

I'd prefer this fight over Alvarado, I just hope whoever Marquez fights next will be his last.

Ruslan is very Powerful, i think Provodnikov could retire MarPEDS...

Talking Alvarado,If Alvarado Box Marquez Wins EASY but i think Alvarado needs a TKO victory if he is not able to KO MarPEDS he will be Robbed.

I wish this clown would shut up already. He's in the best position of any jr welterweight and welterweight in the world. And all he can do is b1tch and complain about a 40yr old not wanting to fight him. He's not tied down by promotional conflicts. Go fight Matthysse. You want another belt. Go fight Porter. Wanna make a statement. Go fight Thurman. Quit being a clown for Arum and letting him use you as a quasi TR fighter.

I was giving mad respect to Marquez when he said he only wanted to fight for a title. Now if he fights Alvarado instead of Provodnikov, I have to call that BS! That's clearly ducking an opponent. Alvarado brings nothing to the table, no title, nothing! Alvarado is a warrior but you can't explain wanting to fight him over Provodnikov. Marquez won't even make more money with Alvarado. Fight Ruslan at the Forum, get paid, maybe get a 140 belt, and retire!

Top Rank has an option on him so he's gotta fight a top rank fighter as of right now. And HBO showed him love so he's trying to stay on that network like GGG does. And u guys bring up JMM and say a 40yr old like as if it matters. JMM is still good. Hopkins is a 50yr old but he's still winning. Stop acting like Ruslan is bugging out by calling out JMM. Why would he want to fight rios??? Dude just lost two straight fights. JMM is the bigger named fighter.

That ww title chase was understandable but now they trying to fight Alvarado and that's lame as ****. Fight Ruslan! Tim schooled JMM so he shouldn't fight the easier opponent and then fight for the title again.

I 100% agree with Provodnikov and I don't blame Marquez for not wanting any part of this war.
