The Povetkin that I know would outbox Chisora in my opinion. This would be a brutal fight!

In Moscow, Povetkin. In London, Chisora. Povetkin has no inside game.

        But...this fight doesn't get made.

Chisora is a nut for wanting to go to Moscow to fight Povetkin

Like someone previously said, many people are judging the things by boxers' last fights and forgetting that Povetkin is a level above Chisora.

Yes, Chisora wasted no time and got a nice winning streak but does that really mean that he suddenly improved so much as some people are claiming? He defeated Avila, Scott, Gerber, Pala and Kevin Johnson. That doesn't make you ready for Povetkin.

He has a fairly high workrate indeed, but he is still a one-dimensional fighter with low accuracy who basically fights with no timing. Of course you are able to overwhelm the opponents who are usually a level below you in that case, but what happens when you fight a well schooled and experienced boxer? I also noticed that Chisora's defense is still poor like before and his movement isn't any better either. He shows up in better shape and condition and those are good things, but he is still the same guy with one single game which is to come forward.

From my point of view, he has no chance against Povetkin.

Not really the best boxing knowledge, eh? Among other things, Povetkin is known for a good inside game and combinations as well.

I'm judging on what I've watched Stallion. Povektin prefers to fight from distance. Chisora closes the distance and stays on your chest. He'd maul Povetkin in London, but stands a good chance of getting clipped in Moscow (the style of reffing being determinative).

There's also a question of Povetkin's punch resistance now, I didn't like what Wladimir did but he gave Povetkin a sustained beating. Same goes for Chisora post-Haye.

I think we have seen the best of Povetkin, Chisora is slowly improving. I favor Chisora if they fought today.

Look at his fights, all fought from a distance.

Just because he doesn't spend the whole duration in the pocket doesn't mean he has no inside game. Povetkin is very good inside as displayed against another very good in fighter in Chagaev and many others.

WTF makes anybody think Chisora is even good inside? That guy does nothing but rabbit punch, slap & smother his damn self. Kevin Johnson is better inside he just has zero workrate

People are way too high on Chisora, he is barely a fringe contender in an atrocious division. He doesn't bring uppercuts up or anything just big slapping 'hooks' windmills.

Its actually sad to see a guy and this may sound harsh but a guy who is that **** have any sort of real success. Just shows me that virtually anybody with some, size, strength, determination & whiskers can succeed in todays division. He is absolutely useless and has virtually zero boxing ability at all.

Yes, i've seen that. If he has an option, sure, he'll fight on the outside; but to say he has no inside game is ridiculous. He actually has a half-decent inside game - that's arguably what Wladimir feared most about him.
