Canelo fights in bursts and he has shown in the past that he can be explosive when he opens up. You probably misunderstood my point which was in regards to the blueprint set by Floyd which IMO doesn't apply to every Tom, **** or Harry.

Unlike Floyd, Lara can be hit, therefore, he can be hurt. So let's not assume that Lara will just walk through Canelo because of what happened in the Mayweather fight.

Btw we are talking about the same guy who went life and death with Molina and Vanes right?

Lara beats Canelo anytime and That is why Canelo is ducking him . Gb knows that his hype would be beaten and all his hopes of making Canelo a big start will be ruined by the loss Lara will create . Why not not and yes in the future ? They will keep avoiding this fight forever .
This is the same going on with rigondeaux who can beat anybody at 122 and these promoters don't want their hypes being exposed by these top fighters .

If Lara is willing to go up to 60. I think the best option for him at the moment would be Quillen. If he were to take Quillen's trinket. It would likely make him the prime targer of the Martinez-Cotto loser. And he'd also become more attractive for Canelo and maybe even Floyd. I don't see where Ishe makes sense for him.

Canelo has a way different style than Angulo...he's quicker and has better defense. I really don't think he's a walk in the park for Lara like people say.

Well since Canelo already lost a potential opponent in Victor Ortiz, maybe that opens the door for Lara? He has Cotto down the line at the end of the year, But he he said he'll fight 3 times... so maybe Lara is that opponent?

Lara will probably get a fight with Canelo in 2015.
