Good. I don't know much about how fighters get away with PED use, but I can tell you that Juan Manuel Marquez looked like the Hulk when he fought Pacquiao, and looked like a slow, pale, and weak old man when he fought Bradley. Maybe Magic?

At the end of the day, it's all up to the fighters. Many are of the warrior mentality and go ahead with the fight without extra testing. Opponents of guys like Klitschko, B hop, Ward, Peterson, Berto, etc. Peterson admitted there was no testing in his recent fights. So it's all up to the fighters.

USADA has a bad rep. Go and Google it. You don't have to take my word for it. And most fighters these days want VADA. Malignaggi wanted VADA, but threatened fight cancelation by Haymon. Trout wanted VADA, then Bradley, Rodriguez and many others. I'm a fan, not the fighter who would fight these cheaters. So you don't make sense. I understand you're a Floyd fanboy. I understand.

Unless the testing being done is carbon isotope ratio testing, the tests are worthless, the only company before NSAC doign the isotope testing was VADA, it is the only test that can distinguish between natural made hormones or synthetic hormones, others like USADA, olympic style etc are a joke, lamont peterson was so confident of passing because he assumed this new company VADA would use the 'olympic style/primitive' testing he volunteered, didn't know he would be caught by the test known as the nail int he coffin for testosterone cheats...the common way of abusing testosterone ( or its derivatives) whether by Injectable form as in hormone with an added ester (different esters lengths for longer lasting drugs ( testosterone with propionate ester needs jabbing every other day, preferably ever day to keep blood levels stable, while Testosterone Enanthate or cypionate for example have a longer half life and can be jabbed once weekly or even once fortnightly and will remain active for 3 weeks or more) or the so called 'designer' steroids which is simply a cream or gel that allows users to get the benefits rapidly after application but has a short half life meaning that testosterone to epi testosterone levels will fall back within acceptable/legal levels of 6:1 with in 4 to 5 hours or so ( think floyd making USADA wait over 5 hours just to do his test) so (common ways to use )are now obsolete if Isotope ratio testing is used, the 6;1 ratio is a joke and twice as much as most states which are 3:1, or 4:1 at most: Either Bey or love, can't remember got caught with a Nevada state record 30:1 ratio..With isotope ratio testing it doesn't matter how well they time the usage and they manage to get their testosterone levels back to normal prior to testing because the test can tell whether the testosterone in your body is natural or synthetic/exogenous regardless if your testosterone to epi testosterone ratio is perfectly fine....Any one who is truly clean from hormones would readily take the VADA or now NSAC isotope test, and frankly any one who refuses has something to hide...Carbon Isotope testing should be mandatory for all fighters. That way even Hormone replacement loop holes are dead.

What the hell do they meany by advanced testing? I guess this means that they are doing extra tests on the urine samples provide? If they were testing blood samples, there would be no need for advanced testing because all the available tests would be run anyway.

It is USADA doing the testing! USADA does all of the testing for the World Anti-Doping Association in the United States.
