The commission has been catching cheaters nowadays, mostly from the Mayweather camp. Except that they reveal cheaters weeks after the fight is over, which negates the purpose of protecting fighters. Still far better than letting them get away with it.

Good. I don't know much about how fighters get away with PED use, but I can tell you that Juan Manuel Marquez looked like the Hulk when he fought Pacquiao, and looked like a slow, pale, and weak old man when he fought Bradley. Maybe Magic?

At the end of the day, it's all up to the fighters. Many are of the warrior mentality and go ahead with the fight without extra testing. Opponents of guys like Klitschko, B hop, Ward, Peterson, Berto, etc. Peterson admitted there was no testing in his recent fights. So it's all up to the fighters.

Kinda weird that they are not just going with VADA being as how PAC used it last time. I know Bradley used it voluntarily last time out as well as NSAC.
