I had no problem with Floyd asking for testing, and didn't really like that Manny didn't accept. I was happy when Manny said he'd do the testing(which was 3 years ago now) but Floyd then decided Manny didn't deserve a PPV cut. I don't care about how long it took Manny to start doing the random testing, he told Floyd he'd do it, and Floyd wanted none of it.

Floyd brags about being his own boss, but he was asked what PPV split would be able to get the fight done. Floyd said you'll have to ask Haymon and Ellerbe. I'm not sure if it was Costas or Brian Kenny.

How about Manny declined one proposal, then changed his mind later pretending he accepted it.

You neglect to mention that Manny didn't implement random PED testing for his fights until AFTER he was sent sprawling to the canvas by Marquez.
