Manny is not ducking FMJ, Bob Arum is. Bob Arum pulls the strings, Manny is just a employee. Manny does confirm this after every fight in his post fight interview. Bowe ducking Lennox was worse.

The problem with this argument is that Arum works for Manny, not the other way around. If Manny is just an employee, it's because he wants it that way. Ultimately, Pac is responsible for not standing up to Arum.
