God damnit, I like both but Rios should stick to 147, this won't end well for Rios.
This fight should be at 47 !

Alvarado fight was at 140, hence the title win.

Amazing fight to be made.. Why would anyone say Provodnikov is ducking? Asking to fight at 140 and do VADA testing, what is the issue with that? Why does the champion have to move up to fight Rios? Get real people. The type of man Rios is, he will have no issue following these guidelines as he needs this fight to happen. So chill out with the ducking assumptions, the fight will happen and it will quench our thirst for an entertaining boxing match this year with 2 fighters who will not back down.

Rios can make 140 pounds for sure, he is soft when weighing near 160 pounds. He can drop more than 10 pounds of fat and do a water cut. Ruslan beats him at either weight.

What? You're giving Rios way too much credit. They dont come much stationary and slower than him. It's target practice for anyone in the opposite corner.

He wants it at 140lbs because he knows Rios won't take the fight at that weight. Rios can't make 140lbs without being weight drained. And vada is not an issue for team rios. He tested positive for a diuretic and everyone makes it seem like he was on ROIDS. Twisted however you want. Truth is he's ducking rios. Period
Your right he doesn't gain much if he fights Ruslan but he gains even less fighting the guy Ruslan just beat, which is likely to happen. That is a duck. Provo fought Bradley at 147 bc it was the biggest payday of his life and Bradley was champ at 147, theres no reason for the champ at 140 to move up to 147 to fight a guy coming off 2 losses who isn't a big draw and doesn't have a belt. Also rios has been saying he wants to go back down to 140. And rios tested positive for dimenthylamylamine which is a stimulant not a diuretic. It boosts your energy for the fight so yea its pretty close to roids. Provo is 100% right in asking for both of these terms.

Ruslan will beat Rios, and probably be the first one to stop Rios and KO his slow, Stationary Arss.
