No one on here asked to see Pacquaio/Rios, but that is what Arum tried to shove down our throats. This fight is no better or worse.

How does Alvarado add to Marquez's legacy ? Mikey/Gamboa should be the main event, I never heard anybody ever ask to see Alvarado/ Marquez here on NSB.

Key word SHOULD.. I agree with it's no better or worse than PAC/Rios but on that card there was no question who the main event was. I mean it wasn't going to be Dib / Gradovich .

Kind of a weird fight other than the payday and possibly going out on a high note I don't really see the reasons for this fight from JMM's perspective. It isn't a big fight and for a vet like JMM really if it isn't a big fight he should just chill.

But hey if JMM wants to go out on a high note collecting another check, so be it I don't begrudge him that

I can't believe how ****** people are. Marquez vs. Alvarado or Provodnikov are both low reward/high risk fights that will make Marquez the same amount of money for either fight. So why not fight the one that might be easier to beat?

And Marquez doesn't care about Provodnikov's title, he already had that title.
