I agree and like both of the matches and potential scenarios for the winner of JMM and Alvarado. The only thing is, Provodnikov is getting the short end here. He is the only one coming off of a win. Where does he figure? He deserves a shot at the Bradley/Pac (Pac) winner more so than JMM and Alvarado. And how does JMM side-step Provodnikov but consider Alvarado? Granted, JMM vs Alvarado is an exciting fight. But someone is really getting the short end here. No?

Brandon Rios vs. Mike Alvarado II. Mike Alvarado won. Pacquiao fought Rios (the loser). I didn't see a problem with it though, because Pacquiao was coming off of a loss himself. Were you crying about Alvarado getting the short end of the stick?

Not to mention that Provodnikov got a shot at Mike Alvarado's title at 140, COMING OFF OF A LOSS to Bradley.

Same situation here with Marquez. Marquez, like Pacquiao, is coming off of a loss. He has two options, Provodnikov and Alvarado. Just like Pacquiao chose the guy who was less of a threat/brought in more money, Marquez will probably do the same.

Only reason I'm ok with that fight is because it's a big time money fight, not a rematch for a title he just fought for! See the difference??? Also if Ruslan got caught trying to load up his gloves in his next fight, I'm sure the creditability of his win over Alvarado would go down the drain. Like it did with Tony! This is just being discussed if Marquez wouldn't fight provodkinov why would he fight Alvarado? I think he's waiting for a title shot in the welterweight division and also I read he wanted to fight in Mexico City in the spring of this year.
