Theres been a lot of fighters who didnt deserve to fight Mayweather and did. Maidana is a ww belt holder so he has a case to be considered. So you are putting these guys you just mentioned ahead of maidana? porter? alexander who just got beat porter? guerrero who got beat by floyd already? judah, really? thurman i think has a case cause he has a belt but he's in line after maidana! soto-karass just got whipped by thurman didnt he? and broner who just got his as.s handed to him by Maidana? the pac, bradley jmm group i can understand, but chino should be right after them!



I think if chino beats the swag out of broner, again, then the fight should happen with fmj

ive been saying the same thing....i think the way chino fought broner would give fmj problems for sure!!!! mayweather will be forced to fight in a way he doesnt like. i think it would be one of his most exciting fights tbh

I'm just talking about where Maidana falls in the welterweight landscape homie. I get it, everybody is all excited about him shutting Broner up. But at the end of the day, what did it mean? Maidana went into that fight a fringe welterweight. Broner went into that fight a fringe welterweight. What, because he had some bull**** belt he lifted off the weakest titlist in the division means its anything more than a fringe welter fighting a fringe welter? Not to me. I went into that fight knowing what Chino was, and using it as a measuring stick for AB. Maidana didn't raise his stock by winning. AB's stock just dropped.

Floyd/Broner comparisons are juvenile and naive. Broner doesnt even maintain the shoulder roll style for an entire fight. He reverts back to orthodox whenever he gets uncomfortable.

Maidana won the WBA WW championship in beating Broner. Therefore, he is at the top of the division along with the other champions, Mayweather (WBC), Porter (IBF) and Bradley (WBO). Kahn is ranked number 3 by the WBC and not ranked at all by the other three sanctioning bodies. There was a time when REAL champions sought to unify their division by fighting their co-champions. I guess those days are long gone.

Or maybe, boxing fans progressed to the point where we know the difference between a real champion and a paper champion. I'm sorry, iif Paulie Malignaggi KOs a guy. He probably should have never been a "champion." If you get outclassed by Devon Alexander. Beating the guy that got a SD over Malignaggi doesn't make you a top guy in a division. Sorry.

And yes I do think floyd and broner`s fight style is compatible, Broner has more pop, and has just as much speed.

I'm no fan of Mayweather, but I think he will beat Maidana easily. And because of Kahns speed, he might have to change his defensive counter puncher style. Maidana = 20% chance Kahn = 35%
I wish Mayweather would give the fans better options and fight anyone willing to fight at 154 and below like Martinez or Paq. Garcia and Laura pose different types of threats, but I see Mayweather winning those fights as well.

I was saying at first, Garcia vs. Mayweather would be lame.. but compared to these two options, I would rather take that fight in a heartbeat!!!!
